If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
Before you send us your product, be sure to let us know about your desire to exchange/return by email: support@vintage-leder.com
We will process your application and send you a return invoice form and instructions for the return or exchange. It should be done to avoid additional customs fees and taxes.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Any damaged items will not be accepted back for refund under our 14-day warranty.
If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or replacement product.
You will receive the payment back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Please note: Goods with foreign odors will be considered used. Such goods will not be accepted for return/exchange. Perfumes, tobacco, etc. remain on clothes even after a short period of time.
Please note: We do not accept back customized goods.
You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you don't pay for the delivery.
The entire return/delivery process may take approximately 14 days.
