If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns/Exchanges

You have 14 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return or exchange: 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • All tags and labels must be retained.
  • Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Goods with foreign odors will be considered used and will not be accepted for return/exchange. Perfumes, tobacco, etc., remain on clothes even after a short period of time.

Please note: Custom-made items and swatches cannot be returned.

Before you send us your product, be sure to let us know about your desire to exchange/return by email: support@vintage-leder.com
We will process your application and send you instructions for the return or exchange. It should be done to avoid additional customs fees and taxes.

Return or exchange costs

When returning, we may deduct the following from your refund or ask you to pay for the exchange:

1. The cost of return shipping.

2. The costs of shipping for the exchange

3. When returning the product (does not apply to exchange), the delivery cost, if you received the product under the terms of Free shipping.

5. For any returned items a restocking fee of 5% of the total purchase amount will be charged.

6. Tax and customs fee, if we need to pay when we receive the return.

7. Customs tariff 10% for products below $800 (for US only).

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if you don't pay for the delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. Any damaged items will not be accepted back for refund under our 14-day warranty.

If your return or exchange is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) or replacement product.

You will receive the payment back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
