Processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays.
We will contact you to clarify the details of the order before shipment.
If there is a significant delay in the delivery of your order (more than 14 days), we will find out the reason and inform you by email.
Shipping cost
The buyer pays for shipping. The cost of delivery is calculated at the stage of placing and checking out the order on the website.
Delivery services
Delivery is carried out by courier companies. We choose the fastest and most convenient option at our discretion.
Confirmation of shipment and order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
Customs, duties and taxes
We are not responsible for any customs duties or taxes that apply to your order. All fees charged in your country of residence, during or after delivery, are the responsibility of the buyer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
European Tax-Offset Discount and other
A store promo for deliveries to EU/UK/Norway/Switzerland; it does not exempt or prepay import VAT/duties/fees—the buyer remains responsible.
Intended only to offset typical charges; amounts vary, no guarantee. Refunds are on the amount paid to us (after discount); third-party taxes/fees aren’t refundable. See TOS §15A.
Example (illustrative only):
Cart subtotal $300 → 25% store discount ($75) = $225 paid to us.
If your customs charges $78 in VAT/fees, your total out-of-pocket would be about $303.
Damage
We are not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. Also, report the problem to us.
Please save all packing materials and damaged items before filing a claim.
